Not sure where something like this might go! I have a thread over at the "other place" called "Cooking with CelticHeart". It's a good thread that shares cooking tips, recipes and answers questions about baking and cooking, canning and whatever. I have the expertise in all these areas, have won awards in the USA and Canada, plus, I am a professional pastry chef and former teacher of the same. I don't teach any more because of disability. Would there be any interest in something like this? Thanks. CH

I would I love to cook. But not all day stuff I like repies and ideas. But my mom used to make an all day stew that was baked in the oven that I loved and she also made fried chicken Id like to do. Its in a big pan and after you can make gravy with milk and flower if I remember right. You shake the chicken in a paper bag but I don't remember what goes in the bag cept flower

Sorry I haven't posted here in a few days. Escorted MA back to Florida and now we are working on settling Dad's estate. What a load of paperwork! I'll get something going soon. It will be fun. Hubby forgot my birthday today!

Hot water when a hubby forgets a birthday. Momma's B-day is coming up. She has to work on her birthday. So I'm sending her a dozen roses with a box of birthday truffles from FTD.
